The MDLA provides its active members with an expert and information exchange. You may send an e-mail to the exchange which allows you to ask your fellow MDLA members whether they have trial/deposition testimony or other information on a plaintiff's expert. You may also ask other MDLA members whether they have experience with a particular judge or whether they have experience with any unusual legal issues.
To sign up, simply send an e-mail to mdlaexchange@massdla.org and you will be added to the MDLA exchange. You must be a MDLA member in good standing in order to participate and use the Expert and Info Exchange.
Thereafter, you may send an e-mail to the exchange members asking for information on a plaintiff's expert or a particular judge or any other unusual legal issue for which you have a question.
Note: Anyone joining the exchange attests that they will only use the exchange to seek information for the defense of lawsuits and will under no circumstances use the exchange to request information for a plaintiff's case.
